Privy Council Appeal No 112 of 1913.
In this case which is an Appeal in forma pauperis to
the Privy Council from sentence of death passed in Hongkong,
directions were given that the Record should be printed at the
public expense. We shall be glad to hear from you that this
direction also applies to the printing of the Appellant's case,
which it is necessary to lodge on setting down the Appeal for
hearing.
We would point out that the Appellant who 10 d
appeal in forma pauperis has no means whatever and we have no funds available on his behalf for payment of the charges for
printing the case finding the accords.
The Under Secretary of State,
Colonial Office,
Downing Street,
S.W.
Yours obediently
Ranglois Harding Tos.
